Divine Decomposition is an invitation to step into the deeper layers of yourself—the places where old stories live, where wounds and wisdom are carried, and where something new is waiting to emerge

This 4-month group program reimagines shadow work through earth-based, somatic, and decolonized approaches.

Rather than borrowing or co-opting Indigenous traditions, we will carefully explore the practices, rituals, and wisdom rooted in our own ancestral lineages—excavating what has been hidden, silenced, or forgotten, and honoring the lineages that rightfully belong to us.

Together, we will slow down, listen closely, and practice being with what we’ve inherited—our patterns, our fears, our strengths, and our ancestral memory.

Through ritual, reflection, and embodied practice, you’ll learn to compost what no longer serves, nurture what is life-giving, and grow emotional capacity for what is yet to come.

This isn’t about fixing yourself.

It’s about loosening what keeps you small, reclaiming what connects you to wholeness, and rebuilding from soil that is rich, grounded, and alive.

Who Is This For?

This journey is for:

  • Wellness practitioners seeking to serve from a trauma-informed, decolonized, and rooted space

  • Mental health professionals, yoga instructors, massage therapists, energy workers, herbalists

  • Spiritual creatives, ritualists, and seekers creating new forms of healing.

  • Anyone in a personal, professional, or spiritual transition.

  • Individuals reconnecting with ancestral healing traditions.
