Natalie Benway-Correll

Psychotherapist/Founder The Well Lived Life

Natalie Benway-Correll, LISW (she/her) is a clinical mind/body psychotherapist and founder of The Well Lived Life. With 20 years of experience, Natalie’s work centers collective care and creating spaces of belonging.

She brings a trauma-informed approach to therapy, mindfulness, somatic embodiment practices and group work. Natalie is also a mentor, educator, and equine-guided practitioner who blends nature-based practices with a deep commitment to justice, healing, and liberation.

What you will experience: 

  • Seasonal prompts and practices to explore prior to the gathering 

  • Grounding exercise to root you in your body and invite the wisdom of the elements.

  • Altar creation, both personal and collective, as a living symbol of connection with your lineage and the season.

  • Intention setting to align your inner life with the cycles of nature.

  • Journaling and/or exploratory writing practices

  • Gentle ways to attune yourselff to the season and open to ancestral guidance.
