Our Story
For some people, this moment in history has been described as “unprecedented”—a shock to the system and the spirit.
For others, it feels like a continuation of generations of systemic oppression and violence.
Wherever we find ourselves in that reality, we’ve been hearing the same refrain from many people:
“I don’t know what to do next—I’m overwhelmed.”
The Well Lived Spring Membership grew out of these conversations. It’s designed for those who want to come together and begin imagining what the next steps could be—not alone, but in community.
We’re not pretending to have all the answers.
This will be an imperfect process.
But rather than responding in isolation, we wanted to create a space where people can gather, build emotional capacity, and strengthen the relationships needed to meet what’s ahead.
This is a place to land, steady ourselves, and practice showing up in ways that support both personal resilience and collective care—without the expectation of pushing through or having everything figured out.
This work grows out of years of shared practice and relationship.
Natalie and Aaliyah came together with a desire to reimagine wellness spaces that are accessible, diverse, and rooted in real community care.
From the Reclaiming Wellness workshop series to the Divine Decomposition program, their offerings center embodied healing and liberatory approaches to growth.
The Spring Membership carries this lineage forward as a seasonally paced space where slowing down is encouraged, your body and mind are tended, and new growth can unfold with care and attention.
This isn’t about fixing yourself—it’s about tending the conditions for wholeness, individually and together.
