When we listen to our bodies, we remember our power—gently, joyfully, and on our own terms.
EMERGE is an 6 week group program inviting you to explore desire, celebrate embodiment, and reconnect with what feels alive.
Registration opens March 1st.Spots are limited.

The program developed by Natalie has a lot of really useful/healing/positive qualities. The healthy food, the loving community space (woman, music, etc) did my body/mind/heart good. I would ABSOLUTELY do this again."

“The idea of being able to create safe space for each other as women is so empowering! Holding vulnerable and open conversations about ways the systems of the world has impacted not only each one of us individually but as a whole felt very healing! The program was completely inspiring and reminded me to allow myself to have desires and to embrace them! I honor what Natalie is doing and it feels so good to be apart of this radical movement!"

"I am so glad I joined the Emerge experience! Natalie created space for us to be brave, to share and have conversations that would otherwise be really hard to initiate. The questions we explored have given me so much to think about. The group was open to my perspective as a lesbian and I appreciated the chance to learn from such interesting women.

"This retreat was a profoundly beautiful weekend with wild mustangs and wild women. I came away feeling more alive and awake than I had in years! Each element of the experience was nurturing, connecting and inspiring. Through gentle movement and somatic exercises, precious time with the herd, and nightly gathering around the fire, we flowed into deep and meaningful waters. The retreat reminded me of the magic in life, and in myself. It’s been over a year since our little group of strangers gathered at Freedom Reigns and yet I still feel a deep sense of belonging to this earth, to myself and with others. "

“I had the most awe-inspiring experience at the Living in Awe retreat at Freedom Reigns. Feeling the immense power of the herd, connecting with nature, and experiencing transformation through movement and breath was truly life-changing. It’s a journey I’ll carry with me always. Grateful for the women who joined me, the profound moments, and the majestic energy of the horses.”

“In our retreat, I experienced a profound sense of belonging and connection to the horses and to the other women in the group. We were nourished in every way from the meals, to the fire circles and the somatic exercises. Not very many women know the feeling of being lovingly cared for entirely for even a day I left with a joy I had all but lost. And I have drawn from the power and solidarity of this transformative weekend every day since.”

"I was fortunate enough to attend Natalie's Freedom in Belonging retreat at the Freedom Reigns Equine Sanctuary. She provided a safe, welcoming haven so that all of the participants felt free to express themselves and learn from Natalie as well as each other. We were spoiled by our hosts with amazing accommodations, healthy food, and the magic of the herds. My greatest take aways were from the other women themselves. I so appreciate Natalie's expertise in facilitating such a powerful experience for women. I am still reaping the rewards of the retreat."

“This was such a deeply meaningful experience for me. I was given a scholarship to be able to attend. This is the first opportunity I have ever had to dive into the type of information and wisdom that was offered and without the scholarship that would not have been possible. The one-on-one meetings per month were an amazing addition to all the wonderful content and support we received.”

"I cannot think of any other space I’ve been in that I could honestly share my thoughts and not be ignored or dismissed. I feel more connected to myself after experiencing connection with the group and experiencing communication with my ancestors. I don’t feel alone and I don’t know if I’ve ever been able to say that. I feel more alive and that life is more meaningful."

"Pause reminded me that I don’t have to carry everything alone. I felt truly seen and supported in a space where I didn’t have to earn or justify rest or care. It helped me see burnout as a message from my body, a small but persistent flag waving to say, “Something here needs tending.” Pause gave me permission to slow down, take a breath, and come back to myself without it becoming another task on my to-do list. I also left with easy, grounding practices for nervous system care that actually fit into real life. Being held in this kind of collective care was deeply healing and genuinely restorative."

"I think this was the closest I've felt to living in the world I want to see. After our last online session, we were asked to imagine what the future might look like. I had been rereading Emergent Strategy where adrienne maree brown writes about science fiction as a "way to practice the future together". So I went to that place in the future where scientists and politicians and leaders around the world herald what the mushrooms have known all along, that connection and communication my not heal us fully, but this connection can reduce harm and make us collectively stronger. Help us decompose the anger and grief - spread it through our roots, and not just the roots in this space and time."

“Joining the Pause group was my first experience with sharing vulnerable thoughts and feelings with strangers. Natalie created a gathering space where we all felt safe and supported. The materials were thoughtfully designed and presented to encourage reflection and conversation. I learned self-care skills and strategies to use on my own going forward, but even more valuable was being part of a community of care that the women in the group were able to develop together.”
